I have an non molestation order in place but he seems to be able to find ways around it and i need extra proof as he’s now taking me to court lol!

Who does a child go to when they are taken away from their parents by social services?

My little sister was taken away by the cops and placed in to a childrens home, because my parents are (elegidly) doing drug. I do not live with my parents I am 22 years old and married, and my husband and I both have good jobs, and we have never done drugs, and we want her to come live with. Us but a social worker told us that she will problaby be placed in a foster home. We really don’t want that to happen. Does any one know what usually happens in cases like this, and what should I do? I want my little sister with me where I know she is safe, not with some strangers that she don’t know. Please Help!!!

Can family ask Social Services for information on their siblings, who were adopted.?

My Father, has three brothers, and had four sisters. All his sisters are deceased, he has never known his brothers, because they were taken away by Social Services, when he was young. Is there any way he can get that information from them. Because he would love to see his brothers. Is there any way he can get information on there wareabouts these days? We want to see them. If so, How? who do I contact? We want to see them.
