social services filed child support papers on my behalf to get a court date for my ex. im considering NOT taking him to court now. can i do that?
i receive no money from the state but my son does have medicaid
and i havent gotten a court date yet or anything
My friend told me that her parents have been mentally and physically abusing her for years now, and she can’t handle it anymore. She told me she called this number that…I don’t know how to really describe it but, it’s like a safe house for children and teens, and she told this man her story (she also told her story to the vice principal at our school and some other teachers) and the man wants to meet with her parents to discuss the problem and she said that if the man thinks she’s in a bad situation, he’s going to take her away and either have her live with another family member, or put her in foster care. She said the guy was coming to her house tonight but when I texted her and asked her if he came, she said he never showed up. I told my mom everything, and she immediately started crying and said that she wanted to take my friend in until one of my friends family members could, but, my friend declined the offer because I have cats and she’s deathly allergic. Even though the man did not show up tonight to talk to her parents, are they still going too? And if they do, will they take her away? :( Sorry if I’m making no sense. I’m terrible at explaining things…-__-
Iam thinking about adopting from the department of social services(dss) can anybody give me ideal in what the procedure details as far as what they look for in a cori and background check. This something I really want to do I been thinking about this for about 3 years and I am ready to go forward with it, I love children and I think theirs a child out their for me to take care of.I always help out neighbors and close friends with their children when they need childcare services. I have three children of my own they are all grown my son (21) #1 daughter (25) with 3 children of her own, they now resides in atlanta just move there a month and half ago, my #2 daughter (23) on her own the only one I have at home is my son. I just want to know is it a hard procedure to go threw, my son has been in trouble before and recently but, never been convicted of anything just had to pay court fines for auto violations, driving without a license(suspended) I don’t know if this would get in the way.
I am very worried about her ethics and desire to take care of all of California people. She still has not address any pressing issues in a press conference. I have real concerns about her agenda. I think Jerry Brown’s wife should have used a better word like prostituted herself instead of whored, but they might know something about Whitman’s character that we the people don’t.
