a social worker and the other party made an oath in court that i had assaulted the other party and the judge granted the restraining order. they were false statements because now i have proof from the sheriff’s department that there was no police report taken or log item of the assault that they testified to. i want to sue for libel and slander and i want to sue the county that the social service investigator works for.
